Batter Whisks or batter whips are perfect for mixing smooth, lump-free batters, sauces, and more. Excellent for Pastry too. 

Batter Whisks are great for making batters. With fewer tines, the Batter Whisk doesn't "fluff" up the batter as much as standard Wire Whips to keep the rising process on course

These whisks contain fewer tines than the standard Wire Whips, allowing a mixture of batters without incorporating extra air. Can be used with a Metal Whip Driver or Plastic Whip Driver, not included.   

Note: If you have the metal driver use it for all your cookie paddles, whisks etc put the white driver away (it’s not as strong). Then you won’t accidentally use it with the wrong paddles.
