Great for staining and puree fruits, vegetables and berries for soups, sauces, baby food, desserts and stocks.

Set includes a stainless steel chinois, a chromed steel stand and a wooden pestle.

Measurements, chinois is 7"/18cm deep, chinois handle is 9.25"/23.5cm and the pestle is 10"/25.5cm long
