Never worry about flour dusting your kitchen with the NutriMill Plus grain mill - its filter will keep your flour in the canister where it should be. For amazing results, be sure not to wash the filter - flour and water combined are like glue! After each milling session, just remove the filter and tap out the flour. A pastry brush can be used for further cleaning, and when kept dry, the filter should last many years. This filter is exclusive to the NutriMill Plus model, not compatible with NutriMill Classic or NutriMill Harvest.
